Delivery Policy and Fees

Beauty of Majesty Australia handles deliveries in accordance with our shipping policy. Please read this policy carefully.


Stock on Hand and Delivery Times

At Beauty of Majesty Australia, our stock holdings vary due to the nature of our limited edition, hard-to-find, and collectible product ranges. However, we generally maintain stock of our everyday product range.

Below is a summary of how we manage stock and what it means for your order:

Products in Stock

If a product is in stock, you will see the available quantity when placing your order.

Your order will generally be shipped within 1–2 days after it is placed. During peak periods, such as seasonal holidays, dispatch times may extend up to 5 days, so please allow additional time for delivery.

Estimated delivery times within Australia are:

  • East Coast: 3–5 working days

  • West Coast: 4–7 working days

All deliveries require someone to be present at the delivery address to sign for the package.


Rare, Collectible, or Hard-to-Find Items

Rare, collectible, or hard-to-find items are often unique. While these items may sometimes be in stock and available for immediate shipment, they are frequently offered on backorder (meaning we will order the item from our supplier once your order is placed).

In some cases, we may have one item in stock but the ability to source additional units, in which case the product may display as available for backorder.

Please allow at least 2 weeks delivery time for rare or hard-to-find items.

If your order includes one item in stock and one or more items on backorder, we will generally hold the order until all items are available. We prefer not to partially ship orders, but may do so in exceptional circumstances.

Once all items are in stock, your order will be dispatched as soon as possible.


Pre-Orders

Beauty of Majesty Australia occasionally offers pre-orders for limited edition items. This allows customers to secure products in advance and ensures we receive an allocation of stock from suppliers.

Pre-orders may open up to 8 weeks prior to the expected shipping date.

In some cases, delays may occur from suppliers, particularly for items being imported from overseas.

When placing a pre-order:

  • You will receive an email confirmation of your pre-order

  • You will receive another confirmation email once the item has been shipped

Please be assured that if you successfully place a pre-order, you will receive the product once it becomes available.


Stock Errors

Although rare, there may be occasions where the stock level displayed on the website is incorrect.

Beauty of Majesty Australia performs stocktakes four times per year to minimise stock discrepancies.

If a stock error occurs, we will offer you one of the following options:

  • A full refund,

  • A substitute product, or

  • Store credit for use on our website.


Fragile Items and Breakages

Beauty of Majesty Australia carefully wraps and ships all fragile items.

We may use:

  • Protective wrapping materials

  • Courier-approved bottle boxes

  • Courier-approved glass packaging

All fragile parcels are sealed using Fragile Tape indicating that the contents require careful handling.

Courier companies must not deliver parcels that clearly contain broken items or show signs of leakage. Doing so is a breach of our courier agreement. In such cases, the courier must return the damaged parcel directly to Beauty of Majesty Australia.

If you do receive a damaged item, you should immediately return the parcel to Beauty of Majesty Australia using either:

  • A Reply Paid address, or

  • A courier return label provided to you (free of charge).

Where possible, do not accept or take possession of a parcel that appears damaged. This aligns with our courier delivery agreement.


Packaging and Quality Control

At Beauty of Majesty Australia, we invest significantly in protective packaging materials to ensure your fragile or valuable item arrives in the same condition it left our warehouse.

For collectible items, our warehouse team carefully inspects each product before dispatch. A team member will check and securely pack all collectible or valuable items to ensure quality control.

This process protects both Beauty of Majesty Australia and our valued customers by confirming that items leave our warehouse in undamaged condition.

Because each item is quality checked before dispatch, Beauty of Majesty Australia does not accept responsibility for items damaged in transit unless delivery insurance has been purchased (see below).


Delivery Insurance and Damage Claims

If you receive a parcel that is damaged and delivery insurance was not purchased, the parcel must be returned at your cost so that we can investigate the cause of the damage.

Once the parcel is returned:

  1. We will lodge a claim with the courier company.

  2. After the investigation is completed, we will either:

    • Send a replacement product, or

    • Issue a refund.
