Who We Are and What We Do
Please read this carefully so you understand who we are and what we do so that your expectations are set correctly and you can get the most from the service we offer.
First and foremost, Beauty of Majesty Australia is an online company, not a traditional retail store as most people would understand the term. This means we offer a selected premium range of products but keep minimal stock on hand in our warehouse.
If you are looking for urgent delivery, DHL delivery, same-day delivery, or pickup, please only order items that are currently in stock.
The website will indicate when an item is “In Stock”, meaning the item is available in our warehouse and ready for immediate dispatch. Orders will generally be packed within 1–2 days.
If an item is listed as “Out of Stock”, this means the item will need to be ordered for inventory replenishment. Orders for these items are generally packed within 3–4 days.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
All prices displayed on this website constitute an Offer to Treat. Although our system may automatically process payment and mark an order as “processing”, acceptance of the order does not occur until we move the order status from “Processing” to “Complete.”
When the order status is “Complete”, the order has been dispatched. At this point, we deem that the offer and acceptance have occurred, forming a binding agreement.
In cases where a price has been entered incorrectly or there is a database or technical error, the incorrect price cannot be honoured. You will be notified before dispatch and may choose to either:

Use of Coupon Codes
Coupon codes, unless otherwise specified, cannot be used in conjunction with other special offers or clearance items.

Photographs
In some circumstances, the product photograph may not exactly match the product you receive. Differences may occur in packaging or labelling.
Suppliers in the beauty industry frequently update packaging designs. Unless otherwise stated, you are purchasing the product contents described in the written description, not the exact packaging shown in the photograph.
In many cases we do not open sealed products to photograph their exact contents. While we do our best to represent items accurately, we cannot guarantee that the item will appear exactly as shown in the photograph.
However, if an item is a high-value collectible (collector rating higher than 1), the item will be provided exactly as described.
